This system was developed for National Trust for Population Welfare (NATPOW) for tracking of family planning activities through their field sites. The system includes a rich set of analysis reports that compute key FP indicators, such as, Contraceptive Prevalence Rate (CPR), Couple Year Protection (CYP), Contraceptive Acceptance Rate (CAR), etc.

Key features: textual as well as graphical outputs (bar/pie charts), extensive use of SQL in forms and reports designing.
